The income cap on Social Security needs to be raised to a level that not only expands federal funding but also allows it to recover the about $6 trillion that has been borrowed from it by other government agencies and added on to the national debt. At a minimum we also need to lower the income requirements to be eligible for Medicaid to include more of the "working poor".

Rebuild the Middle Class. Would create tax revenue by getting people working again. Medicare for All. We need healthcare for everyone now. The Republicans are never going to stop fighting the ACA. People suffer and lives are lost while we debate every aspect of the ACA with the Republicans, which is exactly what they want. We need the Green New Deal not just to save the environment but to save the U.S. economy. If we do not solve the climate crisis very soon elections won't matter anymore, it will be too late to save our society.
